Change of Mind Returns

 


We accept change-of-mind returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• the item is unused

• in original packaging

• in resellable condition


Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Some items such as clearance products, personal care items, customised goods, or bulky furniture may not be eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

 


 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 


If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will request:

• your order number

• photos or a short video of the issue


Once verified, we will arrange:

• a replacement, or

• a refund, depending on the product and situation


We will cover shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

 


 

 

Incorrect Item Received

 


If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days.

We will organise the correct item to be sent to you and provide return instructions if needed.

 


 

 

Warranty Claims

 


Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Non-Returnable Items

 


For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

• used pet items

• personal accessories

• used kitchen items

• products that have been installed, assembled, or modified

• reason for return

• supporting photos (if applicable)


Our team will respond with instructions within 24–48 hours.
